Well it's been a really long time since I've posted a journal entry. I've actually been logging in occasionally just to browse passively through people's galleries. Sorry, but I've been preocupied with learning the ropes of my first semester in college. I'm talkin about Baylor University, that's in Waco Texas for those who don't know. GO BEARS!!1

Anyways I'm enjoying college life so far. There is a lot more freedom than their was in high school, but with great freedom comes great responsibility. There's lots of cool people here.

There's lots of girls here. The student population is roughly 60% girls, 40% guys just a fun fact

I've recently decided that I will major in Professional Writing (English) and hopefully I will become a technical writer. My minor will either be computer science or photojournalism, but I will make that decision in a later day.

Now onto the subject of art. Before college started (actually before I graduated from high school) I've written quite a few poems, and I've still been drawing but took a break from making portraits. The last one I made was "Quinceañera" which didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I'm already taking an art history class, but I've seriously been considering taking art lessons at the university's art department. Hopefully I'll find time!

Wazzup with that one story I claimed to be working on for so long? Onakru? Or was it Fray? I keep changing the plot so many times that the story will never be completed unless I pick an idea and stick with it. I honestly can say, however, that the plot will involve serious issues in American society, notably racial/cultural differences, in a fictional and somewhat-futuristic theme.
